Project snapshot: Renovation to the existing home with an extension in keeping with the period of the home.

After seeing our work on a project in Surry Hills the Client approached us to complete a renovation and extension to their large family home. The project required coordination with designers, engineers and consultants to preserve many of the unique features of the home while creating a space that functioned well for the clients and their 3 teenagers.
The project included large structural changes to create a more open plan living area, a two-story addition to create a new master ensuite upstairs with new laundry and kitchen areas to the ground floor. The existing roof was replaced with new slate and new timber windows installed, maintaining the home’s character while ensuring it can be enjoyed by future generations.
