Project snapshot: Chrisbuilt was engaged to construct this Caringbah South townhouse development after working with the owners on previous projects.

Designed by Couvaris Architects, the project consists of two 4 bedroom townhouses with swimming pools and two 3 bedroom townhouses. The use of different materials to the exterior including CSR Cemintel Territory Quarry Urban Grey cladding, Austral La Paloma Azul bricks and CSR York cladding compliments the modern design and provides visual interest. Design Studio 407 continued the modern feel to the interiors with different fittings and fixtures selected for each townhouse, resulting in individual yet cohesive finishes.
