Project snapshot: After completing works on a neighbouring property we were approached by the owners to complete this knock down rebuild project for their young family.

This architecturally designed Hampton’s style home by Edifice Design consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with open living leading to a beautifully landscaped backyard and swimming pool perfect for family living.

I never expected a build would be fun but with Chris at the helm this turned out to be my experience and the final result is better than I ever imagined. In addition to knowing how to build a house, Chris’s greatest strength lies in the pride he takes in his work. He is never willing to settle for anything less than perfect and didn’t hesitate to tell me something wasn’t going to look good or work properly and then suggested ways to improve it. His attention to detail is second to none and I truely believe this is why my house has turned out above and beyond anything I have ever imagined, whilst also staying on budget.
Chris’s wealth of experience in building means he has answers and solutions for everything that comes up during the build, which in turn meant I had little to stress about. On-site meetings and phone calls with Chris meant I never made decisions alone and for that I am very grateful. Also, because of his attention to detail and pride of work, Chris only hires the best to work with him, In addition to knowing their trades, they are also a lovely bunch of people who work hard and seem to aspire to Chris’s level of perfection.
I could go on and on about Chris and his team, but suffice to say, if I ever build a house again I wouldn’t hesitate to do it with anyone other than Chrisbuilt.
